A 20-year-old facing mischief charges relating to graffiti tagging has been arrested again.
Just after midnight on Friday, police were called to the Boomtown Casino, where security had caught Mitchell Krevenchuk inside, writing on a wall with a marker.
He’s now been charged with one count of mischief under 5000 dollars, and three counts of failing to comply with conditions.
Back on April 11, he was arrested and charged with four counts of mischief.
This time around, his bail has been denied, and he’ll be in custody until court on May 26.
