Rushing Keystone decision could kill project

There is a chance US President Barack Obama may be forced to kill the proposed Keystone XL oilsands pipeline if his administration is forced to make a decision on the project within 60 days.

TransCanada’s proposed $7-billion pipeline would take oilsands crude to Texas refineries, to the tune of 830,000 barrels per day.
