Wood Buffalo RCMP continue to investigate the theft of a Hitachi Excavator that was reported missing from a construction yard on Mackay Crescent on March 26, 2012. The construction equipment is valued at over $120,000.00 and is described as an orange 2006 ZX450cl model, weighing over 100,000 lbs. Bearing serial number FF016JQ011577, the stolen excavator also has the marking ‘230’ on the boom and was missing the front window.
