Fort McMurray’s newest subdivision is opening today.
Rohit Land Development says the Mayor will cut the ribbon on its Heritage at Parsons Creek community at 3:30 today.
It’s a 74-acre area that the company first acquired last April.
There are plans for a waterfront district, commercial sector, and walking trails in the area too.
The overall Parsons Creek development north of Timberlea will eventually house about 24 thousand people on more than two thousand total acres.
