November was a tough month for real estate agents in Fort McMurray.
Just 81 homes were sold, the lowest number in 2014 beating out the 89 homes sold in January and a 39.5% decrease from the 134 sold in October.
New listings were also at their lowest number in 2014 with just 197 new homes on the market a 22.1% decrease from October (253).
In total 894 homes were listed in November the lowest number since May (890).
The average single family sale price was $777,396 up by $39,356 from October.
