Alberta Health Services has announced the Boil Water Advisory has been lifted for the areas of Gregoire, Mackenzie Park, Prairie Creek Residential, Saline Creek, Saline Plateau, Airport Lands and Saprae Creek Estates.
The water quality has been restored to a safe level to water system users in those areas. This does not apply to people who have private water systems that are not directly connected to the municipal water system.
Those areas are described as the region south and east of Beacon Hill Place and include the municipally connected sites to Saprae Creek Estates, including Sommer Way Road. Please refer to the map for additional clarification.
Resident in those areas are told to make sure they flush their system using the procedures outlined online. Water system users in areas where the boil water advisory has already been lifted do not need to do this again.
The boil water advisory remains in place for the following areas:
- Abasand
- Beacon Hill
- Waterways
- Gregoire Lake Provincial Park
- Gregoire Lake Estates
- Anzac Truckfill
