RMWB wants your feedback on recovery engagement sessions

Last Updated Sep 23, 2016 at 3:07 pm MDT

As the RMWB continues to hold weekly public engagement sessions to keep residents informed about all aspects of recovery, even those outside the jurisdiction of the municipality, they’re asking for your feedback on the process to see whether there are more subject areas they need to be covering or whether more in general can be done to keep you informed during recovery.

The RMWB, in partnership with the Wood Buffalo Recovery Committee (WBRC), Task Force, subject matter experts, and various stakeholders, is launching an online questionnaire to get your feedback on recovery communications and engagement.

Starting Friday, September 23, residents can complete the online questionnaire specific to the ‘Here for You’ Information Sessions and general recovery initiatives. The survey will be available online until Friday, October 7.

Municipal representatives will review the feedback and share results with the WBRC. Social media posts will not be considered official feedback so you’re encouraged to take the time to fill out the official survey. You can fill it out in person at the Fall Trade Show and Market at the ‘Here for You’ booth.

Residents are encouraged to continue to attend the weekly ‘Here for You’ information sessions held every Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. at Shell Place. Insights gathered from each session are posted at rmwb.ca/engage.
