RCMP looking for witnesses to a man that pointed a gun

Wood Buffalo RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a man.

On February 11, 2017, at 8:00 p.m, two males were seen arguing near the intersection of Franklin Avenue and Riedel Street.

One of the males then pulled a handgun out of his pants and pointed it at the other male.

No injuries were sustained, neither were any shots heard.

By the time the RCMP arrived, the male had fled the scene.

The male suspect is described as:
• A black male
• In his 20’s
• 5’8″ and thin
• Short black hair
• Wearing a light grey sweater and light grey athletic pants.
