Fewer homes were sold in October at a lower price compared to the same time last year.
Fort McMurray REALTORS® are reporting that last month 39 homes were sold at approximately $573,726 and last October 50 homes were sold at an average price of $653,466.
They are also calling this trend the new normal and believe that similar results will be seen moving forward.
