The first three phases of construction of Clearwater Drive, formerly Prairie Loop Boulevard is now open.
The road, which will create a bypass around downtown, will span from southeast end of Franklin Avenue to Morrison Street.
Drivers are now able to bypass downtown from the northeastern end of Hardin Street to the southeastern end of Franklin Avenue.
The final phase, from Morrison Street to Hardin Street, is expected to be complete in late 2018.
Access to Snye Park, to the Amenities Building, and to all residents will be maintained through the course of this project.
