The schedule for garbage and recycling collection will change as of Feb. 5.
Curbside garbage and recycling will be collected from Tuesday to Friday, this means the day of your collection may change.

The Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo (RMWB) said in addition to the schedule change, there will be five new fully automated garbage and recycling vehicles in operation.

The temporary recycling bins in Abasand, Beacon Hill, Stone Creek, Waterways and Wood Buffalo will be removed on Feb. 5.
Collection services have been fully restored to the rebuild areas.
