A Fort McMurray man is facing three years probation after a incident along the Snye in January.

34-year-old Jarvis Eastman pleaded guilty Wednesday to assault and breach of conditions.

He also was handed a five year firearm prohibition.

Reports say that the incident saw a stolen pick-up truck ram into another vehicle, numerous injuries, and even put a 33-year-old in the hospital with stab wounds and blunt force trauma.

Eastman’s co-accused Angela Tuccaro reportedly missed her court appearance, and a warrant has been issued for her.

Five people are charged in connection with this incident and face a total of 40 charges together.
