$90m pipeline project to Kearl complete

Imperial Oil’s massive Kearl project has reached another milestone.
Inter Pipeline says its Polaris system is now connected to the mine, after a $90 million project was finished on schedule and below budget.
It’s already shipping diluent to the project to thin out bitumen so it can flow through pipelines.
Imperial will be shipping 60 thouasnd barrels per day on the Polaris pipeline.
