A new study says that 25 percent of adults over the age of 35 are at risk of getting a serious lung disease known as COPD by the age of 80.
Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease is the fourth-leading cause of death in Canada, after cancer, heart disease, and stroke.
Experts say that other than smoking, the main causes of the disease include on-the-job exposure to fumes and smoke.
