Alberta Liberal leader looks for votes in next election

Interim Alberta Liberal Leader David Swann says that he hopes voters will choose a completely different government in the next provincial election.

Swann says the Liberal Party does not support private healthcare, after Conservative leadership candidate Gary Mar said that the province should offer more private options.

Swann says that the biggest reason that our region does not have a long-term care facility, is because of poor planning. He also says that a lack of planning has led to a high demand for more schools, that he says should already be built.

The Liberal Party will choose their new leader in September.
