The McMurray Métis is looking for volunteers to help out at its Annual Métis Festival.
It says the meeting is tonight at 5 at their office, off of 63 near Gregoire (441 Sakitawaw Trail).
The Festival will be on May 23rd from 9 am to 6 pm.
It says the event will include campfires, jigging and traditional Métis food.
There will be performances from award winning Métis artists such as Inez Jasper, Sagkeeng’s Finest, Jerry Sereda, Asham Stompers and Beverly Lambert.
It said it’ll be a rain or shine event and to dress comfortably for the weather.
The event will be at the Fort McMurray Métis grounds and parking will be available at the Sawridge Inn & Conference Centre.
