Downtown Fort McMurray is getting another Canadian Tire location, just a stone’s throw from the original on Hospital Street.
Company spokesperson Teresa Cugliari confirmed the location is across from Sobeys, in the plaza off Riedel Street.
She says the new location will be an extension of the old one, giving more space to display bigger items, like patio furniture.
It’s expected to open its doors later this month.
