A new report from CIBC says the oil sands might expand faster than anyone is currently predicting.
The bank says total Canadian output could pass 6 million barrels per day by the end of this decade.
It’s only 3.6 million b-p-d right now.
The Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers is only predicting output to rise to 4.2 million by 2020.
