City Centre McMurray Executive Director Ron Taylor has resigned.
The city has confirmed that Taylor left his post planning the city’s redevelopment.
City Centre McMurray’s Manager of Marketing Renee Summers says the project is in a transition phase.
“Ron was brought on to the project as part of the planning stage, and with that completed, we’re now shifting our focus to construction, and making all the catalyst projects a reality. And they’re going to be carried out under the guidance of current city centre staff and other municipal departments,” she said.
City Centre staff will now report directly to Chief Operating Officer Brian Makey.
