It’s back to the drawing board for the province and doctors after their temporary contract agreement expired over the weekend.
Alberta Medical Association president Dr. Linda Slocombe says health minister Fred Horne needs to get directly involved in the new negotiations.
The temporary deal was called off after the province proposed major changes, including removing all references to primary care networks and canceling a task force on them.
