Council byelection to be held June 25th

McMurrayites will head to the polls again on June 25th.
That’s the day that council will likely approve Tuesday night for the byelection to fill two vacant council seats.
Don Scott and Mike Allen will vacate the seats when they’re sworn in as MLAs.
Residents in Ward 1, which is the entire Fort McMurray urban service area, will be eligible to vote.
The nomination cutoff will be May 28th.
