Dr. K.P. Wong’s wake is being held in Edmonton on Sunday.
On social media, long-time friend MLA Don Scott says it’s from 1-4pm at Connelly-McKinley Downtown Chapel.
He says there will be more information coming on a Fort McMurray service, but it looks like it will be June 14th or 15th.
Dr. Wong was an OBGYN here at the Northern Lights Regional Health Centre for more than 3 decades, and estimated he delivered over 20,000 babies.
He passed away Wednesday after a battle with cancer.
