Edmonton soaked by more heavy rain; Hwy 16 closed

Heavy rain south of this region has caused more flooding in the Edmonton area.
Highway 16 was closed yesterday between Spruce Grove and Stony Plain because of all the water.
That’s after a storm late last week turned the Whitemud Freeway into a lake.
The city’s also been forced to close the Mill Woods Recreation Centre because of the storm.
