Flint Energy bought by American company

A California company has succeeded in getting a foothold in the oilsands.
San Francisco-based URS Corporation has bought Calgary-based Flint Energy for one and a quarter billion dollars U.S.
Half of Flint’s Canadian revenues come from the oil sands.
URS’s CEO says the deal means Flint will have access to their company’s construction resources, which will mean faster growth.
