The city says the former Mrs. B’s restaurant could have a new occupant this summer.
During spring 2013 and winter 2014, pre-tenancy work was done to get the building back up to code.
That included demolition, construction, and engineering of the site downtown at Biggs and Main.
Council will hear details on the cost of the project at next Tuesday’s meeting.
