Have you seen a big yellow excavator? A work site south of Fort McMurray along Highway 63 is missing one. RCMP say the yellow Kobelco model SK25 went missing between July 11 and 14.
Constable Mylene Michon says the unit can’t realistically be driven down a road, and would have likely been hauled off the property. The heavy digger is worth 70-thousand dollars.
Anyone with information on the machine’s whereabouts should call police or Crimestoppers.
