i have a rental property, and recently the tenants moved out leaving a huge dog mess in the back yard. They had two black labs. I have tried to find services in mcmurray to clean this up for me but have not done so ussessfully yet. I am try to determine what people would expect the going rate for a job like this to be??

You might try posting an ad on Kijiji – I know I used to see ads offering clean up. If you have to do it, I would charge them at least $50. Also, please don’t judge all pet owners by these idiots! I really hate seeing stuff like this, it’s hard enough to find pet friendly rentals as it is. Some of us are responsible owners.

I agree with purple about these idiot…I also have 2 dogs, I clean my yard daily, as well as keep my home clean. If you didn’t see the dogs you wouldn’t know they lived here…as for 50$, I’d charge more than that… we paid a non refundable deposit of $200 each, to be allowed our pets at our rental unit. We vacuum every other day, wash the hard floors on the opposite of vacuuming day and steam our carpets with a home steamer once a month. It is very hard to find pet friendly places, because of idiots like this….its sad
