Highway 63 speeder gets $1,800 fine and 3 month ban

A 22-year old Fort McMurray man has been banned from driving for 3 months after being caught at almost twice the limit on Highway 63.
Evon Mijic pleaded guilty to dangerous driving charges after being caught going 190 kilometres an hour north of the city back in late January.
He’s also been given a $1,840 fine.
