Jackpine expansion review seeks public comment

The panel reviewing Shell’s proposed expansion at its Jackpine project is now asking for comments from the public.
The comment period is being opened up because Shell has provided extra information on the expansion, which would add 100 thousand barrels per day of new production to the project.
Comments have to be in by August 3rd – after that, the review panel will schedule a public hearing.
