The awards keep rolling in for the Oil Barons’ goalie Tanner Jaillet.
He’s been named the first star in the entire CJHL for the month of September.
Jaillet is ranked ahead of Charles Guèvremont from the Saint Jerome Panthers of the Quebec League, and Jake LeBrun from the Prince George Spruce Kings of the BCHL.
Jaillet was named as the AJHL’s player of the week for the first week of the regular season, and was also named as September’s player of the month.
In September, he put together a 7-0 record with a 1.42 GAA and .948 save percentage.
