The man arrested for breaking into McMurray TV Centre in January was given a suspended sentence along with 1 year probation
Jordan Dietrich also has to pay back 600 dollars, after he broke into the store 6 months ago through the roof, and stole thousands of dollars worth of electronics.
He was facing a number of charges, but all others were withdrawn as soon as he plead guilty to theft under 5000 dollars.
With the suspended sentence, Dietrich won’t have to serve jail time unless he violates the conditions of his parole.
He plead guilty May 27th.
