The Fort McMurray Oil Barons have made their first off-season trade ahead of training camp.
The team acquired 19-year old forward Jordan Clark from the Okotoks Oilers for future considerations, according to Oilers G.M. James Poole.
Clark racked up almost 200 penalty minutes in Okotoks last season.
Only 4 players in the AJHL were in more fights than he was last year; he dropped the gloves 6 times.
Camp opens tonight at 7 at the Casman Centre.
The team will hold a blue-gold intrasquad game at 1 o’clock Sunday, open to the public.
