Two mounties being investigated after shooting a man in Fort McMurray back in March have been cleared by the Alberta Serious Incident Response Team, according to an Edmonton radio station.
CHQT radio says it’s obtained a memo showing the ASIRT will call the shooting of 24-year old Ahmad Abdallah a self-defence response.
One of the two mounties was shot in the gun battle.
