Council unanimously passed its municipal budget last night.
For the sixth straight year, there’ll be no tax increase in the municipality.
Spending by the city will go up by less than 1 percent.
Several new projects will get going in 2012; including a big expansion of public transit.
Part of that will mean a shuttle bus to the airport.
In all, almost 400-million dollars will be spent on new capital projects.
