Two charges are pending for a man stopped in the Boyle area on suspicion of impaired driving.
Last Friday, an off-duty officer reported the man for allegedly driving past the centre line on Highway 663 east of Boyle.
The officer says drivers in the other direction had to swerve around the suspect to avoid a crash.
RCMP caught up with the man outside of the community, and they believe the suspect tried to dodge police by turning off into a private road.
He allegedly blew over the limit, and is due in court Oct. 28.
