Hundreds of people are making their way to MacDonald Island Park for the Oil Sands Trade Show and Conference.
Jobs, Skills, Training and Labour Minister Kyle Fawcett and Energy Minister Diana McQueen addressed crowds this morning.
The two-day event also includes featured speakers from First Nations and the oil and gas industry.
