Police have laid charges in connection with a fatal hit-and-run on Highway 63 last Friday.
43-year-old Tona Agunbiade was charged with criminal negligence causing death and failing to stop at the scene of an accident.
He’s been released from custody, and will be in court on Monday.
Out of respect for the family, the victim of the accident will not be publicly identified.
Around 1:30 am on March 28, the man died after being hit by a pickup truck near Supertest.
