Primary Care Network celebrates 5 years

The Primary Care Network celebrated their 5th anniversary on Friday.
Executive director Jill Sporidis says that they’re happy to mark the milestone, and they hope to keep expanding their staff and services.
In order to take advantage of the services offered by PCN, all you need is a referral from your family doctor. PCN offers access to dieticians, women’s health exams, and access to diabetes and mental health specialists.
