The randomized drug tests that were supposed to start today have been stopped by a court injunction.
It was granted by Court of Queens Bench Justice Eric Macklin.
Reports say an appeal is expected by Suncor on Wednesday.
In the meantime, Macklin told the company and CEP Local 707 that within the next two weeks, to head into arbitration to figure out if the new policy is something that should go ahead or not.
