Police have released further details on the 19-year-old facing charges relating to graffiti.
Kyle Michael David Boucher has been charged with one count of mischief under 5000 dollars.
Police say he admitted to over 1000 tags, and more charges are pending.
Boucher was identified as using the tags “Pine” and “Piner”, and will be in court July 16.
