The process to approve a 2015 budget is starting at the city next week.
On Tuesday and Thursday, budget proposals will be made to the Audit and Budget Committee.
Then in mid-November, consolidated capital and operational budgets will be presented.
Council will get its first look at the fully proposed budget at the council meeting on December 9.
