Rock 97.9’s Chris Byrne has helped Specialized Canada plan a give-away of 50 bikes and helmets in support of the many families affected by the wildfire.
The bike company has arranged to give the bikes and helmets away to 50 children aged ten years old and younger.
The company wanted to support the evacuees and those who may have lost a bicycle in the fire.
“Our thoughts go out to the families that were affected by the Fort McMurray wildfires. We hope that these bikes will provide some fun for the little ones in need,” said Patrick Losey, online content and community specialist at Specialized Canada.

Registration is open from June 1st to June 30th; the 50 kids will be selected at random on July 1st.
