The Wood Buffalo RCMP set up two check-stops over the weekend handing out one 72-hour roadside suspension and three 24-hour roadside suspensions due to alcohol use.
The traffic unit also handed out 40 speeding tickets, ten people were caught without their seatbelts and 20 more people ticketed for distracted driving.
Police also handed out one drug charge and had seven no case seizures where there wasn’t a large enough amount of drugs to lay charges.
