Justin Trudeau is back in Alberta, trying to figure out how to snag several ridings for the federal Liberals.
He’s meeting with three dozen MPs for a three-day retreat that starts in Edmonton today.
The party finished with a strong second during the Fort McMurray-Athabasca byelection on June 30, 2014. It’s still vying for a Liberal seat for the riding, with candidate Kyle Harrietha set to run in the next general election.
Trudeau is also hoping to capture six inner city ridings in Edmonton and Calgary.
