TSN SportsCentre anchor Dan O’Toole will headline the final weekend at Canadian Juniors and emcee the Awards banquet Friday night.
O’Toole has been with TSN since 2002 and currently co-anchors the late-night-morning edition of SportsCentre alongside Jay Onrait.
He also got to host SportsCentre with Onrait live from Trafalgar Square during the London 2012 Olympic Games.
The finals are being broadcasted on TSN Saturday and Sunday and he will be the on-air announcer for the mens semi-finals, finals.
He has roots here as he once worked at country 933 and rock 979 as a sports director.
He was the play-by-play announcer for the Fort McMurray Oil Barons from 1998-2001, and was also here for the Northern Classic in 2010.
