This BBQ is hosted annually by our Builders Committee. All the door prizes for this event are donated by our member companies (52 and growing). Rohit Communities has donated a 3 night stay at their Copper Point Resort in Invermere BC. Prize draws will be held throughout the afternoon with the grand prize being drawn at 2:00 pm. Everything is free, including the tickets for door prizes. The event is being held in the driveway of a Qualico show home, the show home will be open for viewing.
A little about UDIWB:
The Urban Development Institute of Wood Buffalo is a local non-profit that has been operating in the region for over 20 years (up until about 6 years ago we were known as the Wood Buffalo Builders Association). UDI Wood Buffalo is the representative body for the development industry in Fort McMurray and area. We are a conduit between our members, the public and all levels of government. Our goal is to provide a sustainable supply of housing and commercial property to our stakeholders, the people and businesses in our area.
