A boy riding a scooter was hit by a vehicle this morning.
Wood Buffalo RCMP reported the crash at about 7:40 a.m. Police say a boy who is about 10 to 12-years-old was using the crosswalk on Real Martin Drive and Thickwood Boulevard.
Reports says a woman driving didn’t see the boy, and she hit him with her vehicle.
Police says he had minor injuries and was taken to hospital as a precaution.
The woman is facing possible traffic charges.
