There’s a Fort McMurray connection to an apparent murder-suicide investigation. Police found an Airdrie couple and their young son in a ditch near St Walburg, Saskatchewan.
The father, 26 year old Darren Wourms, had spent time working in Fort McMurray, which according to a family friend was taking a toll on him.
A .22-calibre rifle was found with the bodies of Wourms, his 23 year old wife Hayley, and their 2 year old son Cayden.
