Alberta Health Minister Gene Zwozdesky is calling for a review of security at a psychiatric hospital after a second patient was able to escape from the facility.
Police say 32-year-old Douglas Campbell escaped Tuesday afternoon from secure custody at Alberta Hospital in Edmonton.
Hospital officials won’t say what his condition but say he’s not a danger to himself or the public.
