The municipality is nearing the finish line when it comes to road construction downtown.
There’s finally some pavement on Franklin Avenue between Hardin and Main streets, but the municipality still says that stretch of road won’t be finished until August 27th.
There is some good construction news, though — most other projects along Franklin will be done by next Monday. And all the construction along Manning Avenue should be finished by this Thursday.
